Nokia announces Python for series 60 platforms : Tue, 01 Feb 2005


Finnish portable powerhouse Nokia announced availability of the Python development platform for it Series 60 platforms according to an article in The Register. The port is reportedly based on Python 2.2 and its development environment, although only tested for Windows, may also work well on Mac OSX and Linux platforms.
